WELCOME TO HEALTH FLOWS!

Should you be wondering whether you found the right place for a selections of holistic treatments - look no further! At Health Flows you can choose from gentle Acupressure (in the tradition of Jin Shin Jyustu), Foot Reflexology and Sound Therapy or simply sign up for a combination of two of these modalities. Health Flows offers treatments for clients of all ages; however, over the years I have come to specialize in supporting more mature clients between the ages of +- 50 up to 100+, who understand that they can have an active part in their own healing journey. Therefore, every treatment will end with a suggestion how to continue the healing journey at home, with the acupressure always providing several opportunities for the client to engage actively in harmonizing an area where the energy is somewhat stuck.

Health Flows is celebrating its 10th birthday and is inviting you to celebrate with us, as a 10% discount will be offered during the greater Thanksgiving Season. From September through November 2025 you can choose treatments for the following rates:

1.25h treatment (one modality of choice) is available for only $100.00

1.5h treatment (a combination of two modalities) costs only $120.00

Should you be looking for classes in holistic health, you can find two through the City of Kelowna Recreation Programs, Adult Fitness and Health Programs:

Gentle Acupressure Self Care, Thursdays October 9 - November 27, 5-6pm 

Qigong by the Lake (under Tai Chi and Qigong), Mondays September 8 - November 24, 6:45-7:45pm

Both classes will be taught at the Sarson's Activity Centre and enrolment is at the Parkinson Recreation Centre in person, over the phone or online.
